Desolation to Creation a Pickleball Journey

2 years ago I stumbled upon this amazing and fast growing sport of Pickleball (now the fastest growing sport in the US). 

At the time I was very sick and struggling just to make it through days (sometimes the case today but less so). 

Picking up a paddle again, remembering my youth as a tennis and ping pong superstar (ok kidding but I was pretty good) brought back good memories of being on the court and fraternizing with my teammates (high school tennis). 

I was struggling with basic balance, coordination, neurological and site issues. Playing pickleball was helping to address some of these issues and restore a sense of “HOPE” back into my life after many darkened periods of losing or having little hope to move forward. 

After struggling to fully learn the rules (namely the scoring) I quickly improved to become an intermediate/advanced level player. Therefore realizing the need to improve my equipment.

With sky high prices it made sense to look into purchasing from overseas but not just for myself rather for a growing population of players who need quality gear at an affordable price.

Hence I founded Pickleball Monger on that premise. Affordable prices, high quality gear and great customer service.
